GFW proxy – stability & latency

• Trimmed the DoH server list to resolvers that actually answer on filtered lines (8 reachable endpoints).
• Added a switch-margin + longer rescan interval so the proxy stops flipping between ~300ms DoH servers and churning the DNS cache.
• Faster DoH/relay handshake failover; the 120s voice timeout now only applies to port 50001, not regular 443 traffic.

Discord connectivity

• Discord IP routing now prefers the lowest-RTT server instead of a random order.
• Removed the sub-1ms "interception" filter that discarded the working local Cloudflare PoP IPs (they're genuine here — real traffic flows through them).

Message bubbles

• Fixed Discord's cozy left-padding (--custom-message-margin-left-content-cozy, ~60px) inflating the wrong box; content now starts at the bubble edge without touching any margins.

Fixes

• Vegord Vencord toolbar + rebrand now load on Windows: the bundled custom Vencord build with the vegordToolbox plugin is detected correctly. Previous Windows builds silently fell back to stock upstream Vencord because fs.promises.access() fails on directories inside app.asar (fixed by using existsSync).
• GFW proxy always runs on Windows: hardened proxy startup — python fallback for the Python proxy script, and stale-port cleanup via netstat -ano / taskkill /F /T.
• Screen share quality selection and default-audio fixes.
