Parmys Failed to load architecture file

Hi,

I cloned the v9.0.0 of this repo and facing below error on it

I am running the command
vtr_flow/scripts/run_vtr_flow.py doc/src/quickstart/blink.v vtr_flow/arch/timing/EArch.xml -temp_dir . --route_chan_width 100

and facing below error

and in the parmys.out file
ERROR: Parmys Failed to load architecture file: Failed to open file with exit code ERROR_PARSE_ARCH at line: -1

Please let me know how to fix it
