epubveri for calibre 0.4.4

• The description now names the library plugin. The two used to share one
  heading in calibre's plugin list, because the library plugin declared this
  one's category in order to sit beside it. It stopped doing that in its
  0.2.0, after MobileRead retitled its thread [GUI Plugin] epubveri
  library and filed it under Extend calibre generally — the right category
  for it, and one that leaves the two entries apart.

  The cost of that lands here rather than there. This plugin came first and is
  the more widely installed, so a reader who only ever meets this entry would
  have no way to learn that a whole-library check exists — and a large library
  is exactly what it was written for. The cross-reference ran one way before;
  it runs both ways now.

  Nothing else changed: no behaviour, no settings, no new permissions.
