Maintenance release.

  • Validates compatibility with Qiskit 2.5.x and relaxes the supported dependency range to qiskit>=2.4,<3 without adding Qiskit 3 support.
  • Adds continuous CI coverage for the fixed Qiskit 2.4.2 lower bound and the latest supported Qiskit 2.x release.
  • Cleans up public project documentation and presentation.
