v1.0.6 - Fix connection state leak on task rejection and FD reuse

Fixes & Improvements

• Security / State Isolation: Fixed an issue where a full task queue could leave stale ConnState attached to a file descriptor. If the OS reused that fd, a new connection could inherit leftover buffer data from the previous one.
• Connection Cleanup: Connection slot fields (buffer, expected, head_known, dispatching) are now reset when a new connection is accepted.
• Tests: Added regression tests covering file descriptor reuse when task submission is rejected.
