• feat: usage-analytics query_log — every search/recall/remember call is now recorded (session id, tool, query text, returned/top result ids, hit, latency) in a new SQLite table, separate from the existing ENGRAM_QUERY_LOG JSONL trace. A new GET /api/analytics endpoint and dashboard panel surface read/write ratio, hit rate, zero-hit queries (verbatim), click-through rate, searches-per-recall, average recall rank, hit distribution by entry type, dead entries, and sessions touching Engram
• feat: client-side cost/token tracking — engram_cost_tracker.py, a new PostToolUse hook in the engram-hooks plugin, accumulates total_cost_usd/usage.input_tokens/usage.output_tokens per session (local-only, not joined against query_log, not shown in the statusline)
• chore: migrated the MCP server from mcp.server.fastmcp to the standalone fastmcp package — the installed mcp SDK's Context has no session_id, needed for the analytics work above; bumps fastapi/uvicorn to versions compatible with fastmcp's starlette requirement
