  • Worker: Fix MSVC compiler warnings (PR #1937).
  • Remove support for the urn:ietf:params:rtp-hdrext:toffset RTP extension (PR #1942).
  • Worker: Compute bitrate over the active window in RateCalculator (PR #1944).
    • Make RateCalculator::GetRate() and RtpDataCounter::GetBitrate() return no value while there is nothing to measure.
    • Widen the lifetime packet and byte counters of RTP streams to uint64_t.
  • Node: Fix router.pipeToRouter() failing forever after a failed PipeTransport pair creation (PR #1952).
  • SCTP: Treat maxRetransmits: 0 and maxPacketLifeTime: 0 as given in SCTP stream parameters (PR #1956).
  • Worker: Fix RTP::Packet::RtxEncode() writing 2 bytes beyond the end of the packet (PR #1955).
  • Worker: Fix RTT computed from RTCP reports when the compact NTP timestamp wraps around (PR #1958).
  • Worker: Fall back to Sender Reports when a negotiated 'abs-capture-time' never arrives (PR #1964).
