Simple role to manage netplan config files and apply them.
This roles takes the variable netplan_config as input to generate the files as defined. As you can see in the following code block example,
netplan_config is a dictionary, where each key represents a netplan config file in /etc/netplan/ and each value of those keys represents the config written in each file.

Including an example of how to use your role (for instance, with variables passed in as parameters) is always nice for users too:
