Expand Getting Started with an agent tutorial, workflow setup guidance, and Codex blocked-session recovery links. Refresh Concepts and Reference pages to document task dependencies, orchestrator runtime APIs, issue watch, queue/status enums, and shell code highlighting. Verification: npm run build in docs/site.
