Fixed

• Spots (legal IDs, PSAs, ads, jingles) that fired but never actually played.
  A fired spot was correctly handed to the player, but a housekeeping pass could
  briefly forget about it and then delete its ready-to-play copy from the local
  cache before it reached the air — so the spot was silently skipped and the next
  song/show played instead (seen on the KDPI on-air PC on 2026-09-29: rules fired
  every hour but nothing aired). StudioFire now holds on to a just-queued spot or
  cued track until the player confirms it, so it can't be dropped before it plays.
