Docs + tooling patch. No wire/HTTP or @ic402/client API changes.

Docs

  • 100% mops documentation coverage (was 96.94%). Added /// doc comments to the 25
    public declarations mo-doc flagged — lib.mo marketplace-type re-exports, the EvmRpc
error types, the ServiceRegistry class + its EVM transfer/confirm hooks + reconcile
helpers, and Sessions / EvmSender / Types members.
  • SECURITY.md brought current. Every file:line reference in the money-theft and
threat-model sections had drifted after the SEC-0..4 changes — all corrected against
source. The H-4 bullet now cites the live recordSpend/releaseDaily mechanism (the
reserveCharge/reserveSessionOpen it named are dead code). The status banner,
supported-versions table, and open-items list now reflect B0/B2/B3/B4 done, B1 waived,
and SEC-0..4 closed; the remediation narrative includes the composed-system pass.
  • B3 reflected across the docs. README, CONTRIBUTING, and CLAUDE.md list the
EVM-RPC mock (example/evm-rpc-mock/) and the hermetic outbound test; a stale README
"not enforced in CI" line and a duplicate CONTRIBUTING layout entry are fixed; and
docs/costs-and-rails.md no longer labels the (closed) B3 as open backlog.

Tooling

  • scripts/setup.sh now sanitizes its PATH (the same guard build-example.sh uses),
so a sibling repo's node_modules/.bin can no longer shadow mops and silently break
mops install. It also reinstalls when .mops is empty (not just absent) and fails
loudly instead of masking a broken toolchain.
