Deploy

Backend → Railway

1. Go to railway.app → New Project → Deploy from GitHub repo → vhvyvy/FlowOF
2. Set Root Directory = backend
3. Add environment variables:

DATABASE_URL	postgresql+asyncpg://neondb_owner:npg_yDrCmcTs50xv@ep-broad-forest-alh2ugau-pooler.c-3.eu-central-1.aws.neon.tech/neondb?sslmode=require
SECRET_KEY	random 32-char string
ADMIN_SECRET	your admin password
OPENAI_API_KEY	sk-...
FRONTEND_URL	https://your-app.vercel.app

4. Railway auto-detects Dockerfile and builds automatically

Frontend → Vercel

1. Go to vercel.com → New Project → Import vhvyvy/FlowOF
2. Set Root Directory = frontend
3. Add environment variable:

Local Development
