Setup is now signed and trusted by Microsoft
Self-update dialog with 'Remind me' choices.
Installation moved from All Users to Single User to avoid falsely reported completed update

This change requires a new installation for every user account, but makes future updates more reliable and no longer requires administrator privileges

Underlying runtime upgraded to .NET 8.0 — the runtime is now embedded, so .NET no longer needs to be installed separately
