ViberMate 0.1.2 把 macOS App、浏览器工作台、个人使用和团队使用整理成了一套连贯的体验。

安装

macOS 14+（Apple silicon 与 Intel）：

brew install --cask vibe-agi/tap/vibermate

Linux：下载与你架构匹配的 linux_x86_64 或 linux_arm64 压缩包，使用 SHA256SUMS-linux 校验。压缩包包含 Runtime Server、命令行客户端和 Web 管理界面；完整步骤见 README。

本版改进

  • macOS App 保持开箱即用的本机个人模式，无需登录；浏览器工作台使用 Runtime 用户名和密码。
  • 首次打开 Web 时，用仅在服务器本机可读的一次性恢复密钥创建 Owner；不提供默认或共享的 admin/admin 密码。
  • Owner 可创建、停用和管理团队成员；成员只看到自己的用量，可修改自己的密码并退出所有会话。
  • CLI 与 Web 共用同一套 Runtime 用户身份；CLI 登录一次后使用可撤销的本地会话凭据。
  • 空数据页会直接引导 Owner 添加首位用户；用量活动固定展示最近 365 天。
  • 改进 macOS 本地凭据存储异常时的有界等待与中英双语恢复指引。

团队从网络访问 Web 时请配置 HTTPS。显式 HTTP 模式会在界面中提示登录信息和证据未加密传输。

这是早期 0.x 版本。AI 流量仍会发送至你选择的服务商；证据数据库依赖主机账户与文件系统权限保护，并未由 ViberMate 进行应用层静态加密。

ViberMate 0.1.2 brings the macOS App, browser workbench, personal use, and team use into one coherent experience.

Install

macOS 14+ (Apple silicon and Intel):

brew install --cask vibe-agi/tap/vibermate

Linux: download the linux_x86_64 or linux_arm64 archive and verify it with SHA256SUMS-linux. Each archive contains the Runtime Server, CLI, and browser workbench; see the README for the complete setup.

Highlights

  • The macOS App remains a zero-login personal experience; the browser workbench uses Runtime usernames and passwords.
  • On first Web use, a one-time recovery key readable only on the server creates the Owner. There is no default or shared admin/admin password.
  • Owners can create, disable, and manage team members. Members see only their own usage and can change their password or sign out everywhere.
  • CLI and Web share one Runtime User identity. A CLI password sign-in creates a locally stored, revocable session credential.
  • Empty usage states lead Owners directly to first-user setup, and activity now uses a focused 365-day view.
  • Bounded startup and bilingual recovery guidance improve macOS local credential-store failures.

Use HTTPS when a team reaches the Web workbench over a network. Explicit HTTP mode clearly warns that login data and captured evidence are unencrypted in transit.

This is an early 0.x release. AI traffic still reaches the provider you choose. The evidence database relies on host account and filesystem permissions and is not encrypted at rest by ViberMate.
