0.3.16

Signed device IPA, auto-published from trial-build.yml (cd1ba52). Signed with a free-tier Apple ID cert/profile — install directly via LiveContainer/AltStore/SideStore (no resigning needed), but the cert expires after 7 days and the profile is locked to registered device UDIDs. No push notifications (free Apple ID can't get that entitlement). Tiers 1-2 of the roadmap complete, Tier 3 in progress.
