DSH Red Alert 0.1.1

Real Red Alert 2 battlefield inside DSH with one-command npm setup. This release adds stable renderer restart state, recoverable first-run import, durable session-event loading, a lazy built-in battlefield manual, exact war-factory and shipyard ids, and full npm consumer verification against @deepseek-ai/dsh@0.1.1-rc.2.
