Fixes a real crash: Fast mode audits could exhaust memory and crash
after enough pages, caused by a Chrome cleanup leak — fixed.

• Fixed: memory leak that crashed longer Fast-mode audit runs
• Fixed: desktop audits sometimes measuring the wrong (mobile) viewport
• New: toggle to audit localhost / private-network URLs (CLI settings + extension options)
• New: reports now surface Lighthouse's own reliability warnings
• Fixed: native-messaging setup no longer depends on npm's postinstall step —
  self-heals automatically, or run scanforge --register manually
• Fixed: settings panel corruption on shorter terminal windows
• Fixed: Backspace no longer deletes a queued target in /targets
