v0.3.2
Agent discovery and setup
- Added an agent-facing setup guide with the official PyPI package, source links, per-repository commands, and verification steps.
- Added GitHub plugin marketplaces for Codex and Claude Code. Both include a setup skill; the Claude Code plugin also registers the local MCP server. The Python package is installed separately.
- Updated the homepage, PyPI metadata, GitHub topics, and MCP Registry description with clearer repository code-search terms.
Start in a repository
Install or upgrade with python -m pip install --upgrade lybrary, run lybrary start in the repository, and check lybrary status. Follow the Codex or Claude Code guide to connect the MCP server and verify memory_status.

v0.2.0
Lybrary v0.2.0
Run lybrary start inside each repository or folder you want to index. It initializes the memory, builds the index, and starts watching for changes. The README now shows one-time MCP registration for Codex and Claude Code so either agent can query the active folder's memory.
Improvements
- Fixed Windows daemon status and stop handling.
- Made status and query access read-only, and closed MCP update stores reliably.
- Rejected MCP update paths outside the repository.
- Improved watcher handling of ignored files, empty chunks, and files that change during indexing.
- Corrected query scoring and limited intermediate search content.
- Added tests for daemon status, MCP paths, and incremental indexing.
Install or upgrade with pip install --upgrade lybrary.
