Acceptance scope

The exact downloaded v0.1.9-rc.1 container, runtime archive, wheel and sdist passed functional checks on both Linux AMD64 (emulated) and ARM64. Each check verified the application import paths and source hashes. Tests exercised the real in-memory OpenTelemetry metric reader, Prometheus values and HTTP endpoint, and correlation context handling. The RC completed 6,947,807 fuzz executions; its published archive also passed an isolated Atheris seed replay with production instrumentation.

The same archive passed a native Cerbo check on Venus OS v3.75 / ARMv7 / Python 3.12.13 using temporary dependencies pinned by the release lock. It read the existing system state and PV power through two GetValue calls and mapped the actual PV value through the packaged OpenTelemetry and Prometheus code. Temporary files were removed. No service was replaced or registered and no actuator command was sent.

These checks do not establish remote OTLP/TimescaleDB delivery, a sustained device-monitoring lifecycle or an in-place upgrade. Follow the documented update procedure, preserve local configuration and retain the previous accepted package for rollback. No application configuration or data migration is introduced by this validation update.
