Corrective metadata alignment release.

Changes

• Bumped the internal JSFX plugin metadata to v7.6.4.
• Added the current versioned plugin file: ziviSpaceEcho_v7_6_4.jsfx.
• Aligned README, CITATION.cff and Zenodo metadata with the public release series.

Preserved

• No DSP changes from v7.6.2.
• Graphical interface unchanged.
• Plugin display name remains ziviSpaceEcho.

Installation

1. Download `ziviSpaceEcho_v7_6_2.jsfx`.
2. Open REAPER.
3. Go to Options → Show REAPER resource path in explorer/finder.
4. Copy the JSFX file into the `Effects` folder.
5. Restart REAPER or refresh the FX browser.
6. Search for `ziviSpaceEcho`.
