feat: VIG Sync v0.1.0 — pull prod→staging theo nhóm, dry-run + backup

Đồng bộ DB production→staging cùng MySQL server (mysqli thứ 2), chọn theo
3 nhóm thô (Users / Nội dung gồm Woo / Settings), dry-run preview, backup
bắt buộc ngoài webroot + restore, fixups (prefix-key + URL 2-pass serialized-safe).
