feat: v0.6.0 — Phase A Central Monitor (theo dõi nhiều site, chỉ-đọc)

Mở rộng VIG Sync thành dashboard theo dõi nhiều site (kiểu MainWP thu gọn),
hoàn toàn TÁCH BIỆT luồng sync 1-1 (Pull/Push/pairing giữ nguyên).

Mới (includes/Monitor/):
- Monitor_Status: chạy ở child, gom chỉ số chỉ-đọc (WP/PHP/MySQL ver,
  update count core/plugin/theme, SSL expiry, health/PHP-fatal, disk).
- Site_Registry: option vig_sync_sites (list nhiều site, tách vig_sync_conn).
  Vai dashboard bật bằng VIG_SYNC_DASHBOARD hoặc option.
- Monitor_Collector: cron vig_sync_monitor_pull (mỗi giờ) kéo status →
  cache; offline giữ data cũ.
- Monitor_Ping: cron vig_sync_monitor_ping mỗi 5 phút (lịch vig_sync_5min),
  ring-buffer 288 điểm → up% 24h/7d, last_seen, response_ms.
- Monitor_Page: tab Monitor — bảng tổng quan (badge update, SSL, PHP-EOL,
  health, uptime) + thêm/xoá/kiểm-tra site + báo cáo HTML 1 site (in/PDF).

Mở rộng nhẹ:
- Rest_Controller: +route GET /monitor/status (tái dùng auth key sẵn có).
- Connection::call(): thêm tham số $timeout tùy chọn (tương thích ngược) —
  loop monitor dùng 15s thay vì 60s.
- Admin_Page: +tab Monitor (chỉ hiện khi là dashboard).
- Plugin: require + init Monitor_Collector/Ping.

Đã test wplab(dashboard)↔wplab2(child): endpoint trả JSON + key sai 403;
registry CRUD; collector cache + offline giữ data; ping up/down → up% đổi
đúng; báo cáo HTML render. Cách ly: vig_sync_conn nguyên vẹn, mọi tab cũ OK.

Ngoài phạm vi (Phase B): update/backup từ xa, B2, restore, report email.
