Smart-routing fix: Bilibili / China streaming now plays. The comprehensive geosite-cn set (incl. B站 video CDN bilivideo.com/hdslb.com) is now routed China-direct on both the route and DNS side, so 国内流媒体 stops being pushed through the foreign proxy (core v0.1.20, ticket 17800). All three arches (armv5/armv7/hnd) shipped.
