A standalone member keeps its own mesh id in meshes.json and the host's id in
meshHost.hostMeshId. The member-mesh evidence (inline cache, host records)
names the host's id, so the same project was listed twice with clashing
slugs (oss CI, standalone two-daemon test, v1.0.79 tag run). The host mesh id
of a config record now counts as already listed.
