This prerelease moves long-running Agent continuity from individual model sessions into a governed, inspectable workspace protocol.

Highlights:

  • progressive-disclosure intent routing and a persistent Mission, Agenda, Search, Hypothesis, Experiment, Evaluation, Assignment, event, lease, and handoff control plane
  • strict state transitions, conflict checks, disposable indexes, and deterministic protocol validation
  • reusable Skills for governed work-item operation, autonomous exploration, subagent delegation, and checkpoint handoff
  • additive bootstrap improvements for new and existing workspaces, including a self-contained natural-language Agent handoff
  • expanded operating, autonomous exploration, subagent, indexing, Git, self-evolution, schema, and CLI documentation
