Version 6.0.1

Modified repo structure to include a workspace with two projects. One framework project for the actual source. And one iOS example project.

Also boosted the minimum deployment target specified in the podspec to 8.0. This will allow us to include this as a framework in the Swift VimeoUpload and VimeoNetworking libraries.

• Unit tests in the framework project

• Add and build out an OSX example?
• Add and build out a tvOS example?
