Cleanup and diagram logic changes

• Diagramming changes
  • No "attacker wins" node anymore. Instead, unmitigated attacks are shown in yellow with red border. Legend updated to indicate that.
  • No assumptions nodes anymore. Instead, assumptions are listed under the model title, in brown text.
• Removed unwanted files and directories.
• Fixed actor processing bugs.
• Code handles '/' characters in ADM text.
