First working version

Read a Buildfile and execute recipes. May still have bugs or rough edges in terms of handling build specifications.
The contents of design/BUILDFILE_SPEC.md was written by hand. The rest was generated by AI coding agent - charmbracelet/crush using Anthropic's Opus 4.5 model for LLM.
