Ubuntu 26.10 - Stonking Stingray | - Development / Preview

The goal is to provide a clean Ubuntu foundation for WSL where you can build the environment you want from
a lightweight command-line system to a complete Linux desktop.

Ubuntu 26.10 — Stonking Stingray is currently under development. The official final release is scheduled for October 15, 2026.

We will test wayland desktops for Ubuntu later and now. Goal is wayland but sometime Ubuntu need X-11 to start.

When you downloaded verisons of Ubuntu just press the BLUE icon and you are done - Ubuntu will Setup User and Password.
