Update for BaseX version 10 and above. Removed use of the db:chop option which was removed in BaseX version 10.

Specifically, this change is in function resolver:parse-xml(). The option db:chop (BaseX version < 10) or the option db:stripws (BaseX version >= 10) can be configured outside of this module as needed.
