rungrad v0.2.2

Patch release for the public Go module.

Changes:

• Fix CI scaffold tests on fresh GitHub runners by preparing generated module dependencies before offline checks.
• Bump embedded versions and public install snippets to v0.2.2.

This release does not include binary assets. Go developers can install through the Go toolchain.
