• I have attached full logs, screenshots, and other relevant info, and understand that if I haven't, my issue will be closed and ignored.
• I agree that I just mindlessly checked every box without actually reading anything.

What problem did you encounter?

I reinstalled Sober, did everything, nothing works, but before that I was playing, updating flatpak even if i can't update openh264 and it's working, idk what happens

i dont think this is a sober issue, rather a flatpak issue. do a full os update and upgrade, if that doesnt work delete the thing its trying to update and install it manually, if that doesnt work run flatpak repair, if that doesnt work uninstall flatpak entirely (delete it completely) then reinstall it to try and reset any corrupt data. These things SHOULD fix it, if it doesnt work i'd go to the flatpak docs.

I looked over your logs again- it looks like you never added flathub as a repo or your DNS is invalid. So set your DNS to something valid like 1.1.1.1 then run
flatpak remote-add --if-not-exists flathub https://flathub.org/repo/flathub.flatpakrepo
then after that to verify (optional)
flatpak remotes
