Fix: memory leak / mismatch rt delays / documentation

Fixes

1. When a vehicle was delayed, the entity dropped its departure if the delay passed the departure of the next vehicle on the route, addressed: RT-delayed bus dropped
2. Memory leak was apparent due to unclosed db-sessions: addressed #154

Documentation update:

Thanks to @mordyovits the documentation looks and reads better and also fixes some wrong url in the app.
