Remove abandoned code2flow & pycallgraph

I was bummed to find two awesome-looking projects that are unmaintained:

• code2flow - no code changes in 4 years (last on 30Oct2014) and announcement in README: https://github.com/scottrogowski/code2flow
• pycallgraph - announcement that project was abandoned in README: https://github.com/gak/pycallgraph#project-abandoned

I think you don't need to remove them if they still work as they should.

Makes sense, I briefly tried code2flow on windows today and ran into some issues, but there are some user comments within the last year suggesting that it still works on UNIX systems

Should the projects just be updated to say unmaintained?
