I haven't, but I'd say it's no more a missing feature of pip than pip-tools is. Neither replace it, but offer extra functionality for people who want to work in a way that's not the exact way pip wants you to work. |

As a person who is not Olaf user I have hard time trying to figure out a conflict between the pip way and olaf way. Also, the use case for me is unclear (as I don't maintain requirements-dev.txt). |
