This release was originally cut from a maintainer’s fork using the Maven Release Plugin and published to Maven Central as io.vinyldns:vinyldns-java:0.9.4.

We are now adding the tag and GitHub release in the main repo to document the already‑published artifacts and keep Maven Central and GitHub in sync.

No new artifacts were built as part of this GitHub release; it simply documents the existing Central publication.
