Improved network and TLS diagnostics

This maintenance release improves error reporting when security checks cannot be completed.

Improvements

  • Distinguishes connection timeouts, connection resets, refused connections and TLS handshake errors.
  • Provides clearer diagnostic messages in French and English.
  • Improves PDF reporting for checks that could not be evaluated.
  • Preserves existing security scores and coverage calculations.

  • Automated tests passed.
  • Docker build validated.
  • Functional testing completed on the staging environment.
