[Feature] Improve UserScript name search

Motivation

Currently searching for UserScript in the panel seems weird

I have 190 scripts and only 1 script with the name Domain Checker (Order Safe + Wildcard + Dual Output)

If i search domain check the actual UserScript is shown quite low in the list ( as shown in the screenshot)

I can upload my UserScript backup if required

So if i search just domain then only that script should show up
Use Cases

I really need to beat up my brain to remember exactly what the Userscript name was but i do know it partially but that seems ineffective

You can already use name:"Domain Check", it's mentioned in the ? icon nearby. That said, we should list scripts that matched the string in their name at the top, then those matching in the description, then in the entire metadata comment, then in the entire code.

OTOH scripts are already sorted in a specific order so maybe it's better to just highlight the matched text in the displayed names.

@BlazeFTL Off-topic: Would you mind make a list or find a way to share all the 190 scripts that you are using? I think it must be very convenient to use your script list in a man's daily life.

Yeah, that is incredibly frustrating. At the very very least add an option for us to search by userscript title as the default. Or, maybe allow custom userscript on the violentmonkey interface itself (similar to how we can do with css styling) so that we can fix on our own. Currently, I just made a custom fork of the extension due to how annoying this this behavior is.
