Beta 2 - First revision of the Fat Jar Beta with small fixes and updates.

b-02-i-01 | minus jar start params
When launched with the main class configuration (java -jar) the initial params are not taken into consideration. Default port (8080) sometimes is not released after closing the proyect. A Vert.x warning indicates the wake up of two different instances.

b-02-i-02 | Sample Salvora Distribution
Provide a zipped artifact to ease the start up times with Salvora for new adopters. The Zip should have the documentation, binaries, sample folders and at least a sample form.
