Emergency fixes for the latest changes in NSE site

Please consider switching to StockD https://github.com/virresh/StockD. It has more features and better UI than NSE Eod Data Downloader and many more improvements will be upcoming.

Updated Derby database
The zip is portable and cross platform.

Warning: You might end up losing your settings/configurations though. So be sure to recheck all applicable options.

I would also like to thank @rohitjjwala for making his code public. That helped a lot to get to the root of problem.

Since the software is no longer available on Sourceforge, I am making public releases on Github (the code was GPL licensed).

Also as pointed out by @kalyan4512 in #1 (comment), this release doesn't contain a .bat file

I'd excluded it since it was a convenience script
However, if it's crucial to the functioning on someone's PC, I'm attaching the original bat file separately in this release below.
