• Windows: network provisioning no longer fails with Set-NetIPInterface ... found no matching object when an adapter's IPv4 or IPv6 interface does
  not exist yet (the IP stack binds late on the first boot after specialize)
  or is unbound. The agent waits up to 60 seconds in total for the interface,
  then skips that family for a DHCP adapter with a logged warning. A static
  address requested for a family the adapter lacks fails provisioning with a
  message naming the adapter MAC and the family. Only adapters matched by
  MAC (or all hardware adapters when the seed lists none) are touched.
