AI API Gateway Platform - 将 AI 订阅配额分发和管理

同步官方 Sub2API v0.2.11，保留现有二开功能。

• 引入官方 v0.2.8 至 v0.2.11 的 126 个提交。
• 保留签到、每日 Token 排行奖励、付费权益、多平台生图、URL/base64 兼容、R2 图片代理及自定义菜单和公开文档。
• 保留全部二开数据库迁移及原提交历史；本次升级没有新增或改写数据库迁移。
• 前端全量测试 2569 项通过；后端测试、Go 静态检查及发布辅助脚本检查通过。

上游默认行为变化：

• API Key 创建限制默认启用：每用户最多 200 个有效 Key，每小时最多创建 60 次；对应配置设为 0 可取消限制。
• 余额模式并发请求默认启用在途额度预占。
