AI API Gateway Platform - 将 AI 订阅配额分发和管理

新增生图请求-同步与生图请求-异步分类，覆盖使用记录、筛选、统计、导出及错误记录。
新增按账号选择的强制 URL 响应格式开关，默认关闭，支持同步、异步和图片编辑，优先于 b64_json 兼容配置。
包含请求类型数据库约束迁移，保留历史记录原有分类。
