AI API Gateway Platform - 将 AI 订阅配额分发和管理

  • 完善 URL 图片响应兼容模式
  • 图编辑网络图片转 Base64 Data URL 后再转发上游
  • 同步请求按 response_format 返回 Base64 或对象存储 URL
  • 异步图片结果统一转存对象存储并返回 URL
