  • Publish v9.4.4 as a recovery release after an interrupted v9.4.3 npm provenance attestation. It carries the v9.4.3 source but does not republish existing v9.4.3 package versions; no consumer API or runtime behavior changes.
  • Serialize npm publication and recover an existing transparency-log entry on conflict so signed package provenance remains intact.
