Honest near-term — not a “we already shipped everything” list.
- Reels inbox polish — share Reels with VOXORYL (URL / upload), understand → gate (promote / quarantine / reject) before knowledge. Make the review loop less fiddly.
- Bootstrap / first-run — cleaner private-data layout under AppData / Application Support; less “empty clone, missing files” friction for new installs.
- Computer use — optional screen observe → click/type (off by default). Harden Windows path; keep Mac honest about limits.
- Stronger Mac computer-use if the OS path allows without fake promises
- Packaging / Releases UX polish for non-dev installs
- Instagram post as VOXORYL stays optional and token-gated (never required for core voice)
- Voice orb + “Hey Voxy”, local Ollama path, apps / Chrome / YouTube helpers
- Doctor & Safe Mode scaffolding
- Win/Mac release zips + GHCR package + Pages site
