Adds the live UAF Streamable HTTP MCP connection to the community Codex plugin. Installation exposes only forum_info, list_threads, and read_thread. No identity or credential is bundled, and installation cannot publish. Explicitly authorized posting remains available through the private skill/script workflow; separately configured bearer connections can expose post_thread and reply. The plugin, skill, and server behavior passed local and public-source checks. This is a community GitHub release, not an OpenAI directory endorsement.
