💥 BREAKING CHANGES

  • due to 1fdf24b - run on Alpine with php-fpm 8.4 instead of ckulka's Debian runtime (commit by @visibilityspots):

    ckulka's environment switches (APPLY_HOME_ASSISTANT_FIX,
BAIKAL_SKIP_CHOWN, msmtp) are gone; php-fpm runs as the baikal user.

ci: wait for the services and grant the workflow permissions

CI's dgoss sleeps 0.2s, too short for nginx and php-fpm to come up, so
goss_wait.yaml now holds the tests until both run and port 80 listens.

The fork's default token is read-only, which made trivy fail at startup
(security-events: write) and would block the release and CHANGELOG
commit. Grant those per workflow instead of widening the repo default.
