Arte Ogre 1.8.2 - Documentation and reliability fixes

  • Adds comprehensive user, file format, architecture, plugin, troubleshooting, contribution, and security documentation.
  • Prevents the GPU source-tile cache from bulk-uploading whole documents; the 50-layer 4K composite no longer exhausts VRAM.
  • Enforces the 8192x8192 canvas limit across creation, resize, crop, import, save, and GPU setup.
  • Preserves slice definitions in native .ogre files.
  • Adds PSD to native open-file filters.
  • Bumps all workspace crates to 1.8.2.
