Responsiveness and stability release.

• Bound per-tab result snapshots (tab limit + aggregate row budget) and stop duplicating the active tab's rows on restore, fixing the session-long memory growth that forced a restart.
• Coalesce search-result streaming to one GUI update per frame and throttle counter updates; reuse result-list delegates and drop the per-search O(n) recount to keep the UI responsive during large searches.
• Enforce the result cap inside the scan loop, cap match-preview length, and thread cancellation into per-line matching.
• Cap and cancel the literal, case-insensitive, and normalized replace collectors and bound capture expansion to the per-file deadline.
